bus ride
Jan 2025
For our motion design course, me and my team had the privilege to create an audio-visual installation for the LUNA media art festival in Leeuwarden. Under the theme of ‘Dreams ON/OFF’ , we created an immersive experience presenting one of the few moments of genuine tranquility most of us experience in our daily lives - falling asleep on the bus on our way to work.
My contribution to the project was creating the visuals and audio prototype for the ‘dream state’. This is an audio-reactive point cloud animation created in Touchdesigner. This is not the final version, but a small peek into my working file. You can see the finished product further down.
The glow of the point cloud is made to be fully audio-reactive, while the movement is synced manually with the audio. Here you can also hear the first version of the audio, created by me GarageBand.

The final installation, a 6x3x3 meters metal construction, on which the videos were projected. Me and my team were fully responsible for the planning, production and final assembly of it.

sidewalks
Aug 2025
This is a motion design project I’ve been working on since Oct 2024, but I had to step back from it for some time. In it are featured clips from Sofia, my hometown, as the song is a tribute to the city and the people living in it. The title card reads ‘sidewalks, or my love letter to life’.
The whole process was done in After Effects.
the gentle spiral
Dec 2024
This was a motion design exercise I did to get used to the animation features in ProCreate.
The text you see is the last sentence of a Bulgarian short story by Yordan Radichkov under the same name. It reads ‘as we were travelling, gradually I started feeling that other than the bells, something else is ringing and echoing inside my soul, some likeness of a red tear in the sky, the whispers of a startled rose hip bush, and that my soul is starting to draw and twist vague, but gentle circles and spirals.’
The story follows a hunter through a surreal, dream-like experience on a cold, snowy day.
As mentioned earlier, the animation overlay has been done in ProCreate and later on assembled in After Effects.
storytelling
Oct 2023
During the first period of my studies, the teachers had prepared a list of different design challenges, raging from 3D modelling to audio. One of these challenges was a storytelling one, so I decided to make a video sharing my experience of getting used to being away from home and all of the things I had realised at the time.
This whole process was done in CapCut.
